1-to-1 Class Consultation

An introductory session before you attend classes. You will:

  • explore your motivation and goals
  • complete a medical screen
  • have a movement analysis specific to your goals
  • discuss any concerns you have about exercising
  • receive personalised exercise tips including Pilates principles
  • receive bespoke advice and education

To get the most out of the classes, it is advisable to book a 1-to-1 consultation with Hasina (1 hour session, £45) before attending classes.

You will be given specific advice and exercise tips for you and your body. She will then be able to guide you better through the classes you attend.


All classes are designed by a Senior Physiotherapist, Hasina, who hand picks the best Pilates, Plyometrics and HIIT exercises to give a wholesome workout.

Book in a 1-to-1 session first so that classes can be personalised to your needs.

For assessment, diagnosis and treatment of an injury or help with managing a long-term condition in order to move better, book a 1-1 session to make a rehabilitation plan.

The first session is 60 minutes for £65 (Zoom and in-person). Follow-ups are 40 minutes for £35.
