All classes are designed by a Senior Physiotherapist, Hasina, who hand picks the best Pilates, Plyometrics and HIIT exercises to give a wholesome workout.

Pilates

30 minutes

Exercise technique and body awareness which helps optimise any exercise or activity you do.

Wholesome

60 minutes

A class that all levels will benefit from. A mixture of Pilates, High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) and plyometrics for a wholesome workout.

Intense

30 minutes

Mostly high intensity exercise, HIIT and cardio with a little Pilates. Great for those returning to sport, preventing injury. For strength and fitness.

Over 60’s

40 minutes

A mixture of strength and balance exercises and advice. Features some chair based pilates, but includes standing and mat exercises. Aimed to load bones, maintain muscle strength and prevent falls.

Postnatal

30 minutes

Get stronger and fitter towards your health goals and optimise physical and mental demands of mothering. Physio advice and mythbusting on hot postnatal topics which have been requested by the clients. 30 mins, so easier to fit in!
